Highlights of Tour : This tour will take you to the most mythological
places of Hindu community. Explore some of the most aesthetic-architecture to
be found in India, as well as splendid natural countryside, you are on a roll
when you explore medieval India.
Day 01 : Arrival at Delhi
Arrive today in India's capital city of Delhi. You are greeted with a traditional
Indian welcome and escorted by company representatives to your hotel. Rest of
the day at leisure to relax and adjust to the time zone. Overnight at hotel
Grand Sartaj.
Day 02 : Delhi
Morning after breakfast embark on a tour of New & Old Delhi. Drive along
Rajpath, the capital's broadest avenue for a look at Parliament. The President's
House, India Gate, Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar. Also visit Birla Mandir,
a colorful & modern Hindu Temple.
Afternoon tour the Old Delhi. Among your stops are the Red Fort, built by Shahjahan;
Raj Ghat; a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi; Ashoka Pillar and the mile -long Chandni
Chowk Bazar. Dinner & Overnight at Delhi.
Day 03 : Delhi - Rishikesh (By Road approximate 06 hrs)
Breakfast at hotel and drive by Air-conditioned coach to Rishikesh-Located in
the laps of lower Himalayas, and is surrounded by scenic beauty of the hills
on three sides with Holy Ganga flowing through it. The whole place is considered
to be sacred as it is believed that meditation at this place leads to attainment
of salvation. There are many temples-some ancient, some new along the river
Ganges. Rishikesh is important not only as pilgrimage centre closely associated
with the Ramayana, but also as home for many important centres of Hindu religious
thought and spirituality, and as a very great Yoga Centre. On arrival in the
late afternoon, check-in at your hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Dinner
& Overnight at hotel Ganga Kinare.
Day 04 : Rishikesh - Haridwar- Rishikesh
This morning after breakfast visit Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Mansadevi Temple.
Later proceed to another holy city "Haridwar". Haridwar means the
'Gateway to the abode of the gods'. Its ancient history dates back to pre-historic
times. In Hindu mythology, it was referred to as Kapilsthan. Legend has it,
that the Suryavanshi Prince Bhagirnath, performed penance here, to salvage the
souls of his ancestors, who had perished due to a curse o sage Kapila. His penance
caused the bountiful waters of the river Ganga to revivie the sixty thousand
sons of King Sagara. Amongst its other names, Haridwar has also been referred
to as Gangadwar, and Tapovan. Known also as 'Mayapuri' in the Puranas, it is
mentioned in the memoirs of the celebrated Chinese traveller, Hieun Tsang.
Rest of the day free to explore this city on your own. After evening AARTI on
Ganges return to Rishikesh. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 : Rishikesh
Breakfast at hotel and full day free for independent activities. Dinner &
Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 : Rishikesh - Delhi (By Road)
This morning after breakfast drive back to Delhi. On arrival check-in at hotel.
If time permits we will visit The magnificent Akshardham temple, yet another
architectural landmark in the city which boasts of the lotus-shaped Baha'i temple
and other impressive mosques and churches. The pink sandstone and while marble
Akshardham temple complex, built on the banks of the Yamuna river in east Delhi.The
main temple dome rises majestically over the two-storied sandstone colonnade
of 1,160 pillars that encircles it from three sides.

Day 07 : Delhi - Jaipur (By Road approximate 06 hrs)
After breakfast drive to one of the most charming and colorful city Jaipur "also
know as Pink City" . On arrival check-in at hotel.
Rest of the day explore this colorful market on your own. Dinner & Overnight
at hotel K.K. Royal Days.
Day 08 : Jaipur
Breakfast at hotel. You are transported back in time today, riding like royalty
atop elegantly draped and painted Elephants, up into the high mountain fortress
of Amber.
{Elephants are subject to availability failing will provide Jeep for the same}
Afternoon city sightseeing of Jaipur. visiting Hawa Mahal or "Palace of
Winds" , City Palace and ancient Observatory. Dinner & Overnight at
hotel.
Day 09 : Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra ( By Road approximate 06 hrs)
After breakfast proceed to the abandoned and nearly - intact Mughal city of
Fatehpur Sikri, a master piece of Muslim architecture.
On arrival check-in at hotel. Late in the afternoon visit the magnificent Taj
Mahal (1653 AD). For majority of tourists visit to India is incomplete without
seeing the wonderful Taj Mahal. Moghul emperor Shajehan built this while marbled
monument in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Semi precious stones
are intricately inlaid into the marbles in various patterns showing an impressive
craftsmanship.
Other important monument is Agra fort with its Moti Masjid (Pearl Mosque), Dewan-e-Aam,
Dewan-e-Khas, octagonal tower Jehangir Palace - famous for its Hindu Persian
architectural style. Dinner & Overnight at hotel Holiday Inn.

Day 10: Agra - Mathura-Vrindavan- Delhi (By Road approximate 06 hrs)
Morning after breakfast drive back to Delhi with enroute visit of Mathura (the
birth place of lord Krishna) & Vrindavan. On arrival at Delhi check-in at
your hotel. Dinner & Overnight at hotel Grant Sartaj.
Day 11 : Delhi - Varanasi (By morning flight)
Early this morning after breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Varanasi.
Arrive Varanasi and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for shopping. Dinner
& overnight at hotel Hindusthan International.
Day 12 : Varanasi - Bombay (By Afternoon flight)
Early morning sunrise boat cruise over holy river Ganges will take you to is
famous bathing ghats where hundreds of pilgrims can be seen cleansing their
souls by taking a holy dip. Also visit its burning ghats where bodies are cremated
after performing the last rites according to ancient Hindu customs. This sacred
city over two thousand years old is the holiest city of the Hindus and a great
center of learning and civilization. It has now more than 200 temples and shrines.
Visit Bharat Mata temple, Durga temple, Banaras Hindu University etc.
Drive past the bazaars, brocades & famous Banarasi silk sari shops.
Check-out 12 NOON . Later in the afternoon transfer to airport for your flight
to Bombay. Arrive Bombay and transfer to hotel. Dinner & Overnight at hotel
Ambassador.
Day 13 : Bombay
After breakfast excursion to Elephanta, the world famous 7th century AD caves
at Elephanta dedicated to Hindu God Shiva followed by city tour of Bombay- visit
the Gateway of India, The Hanging Garden and the affluent community of Malabar
Hills; the Prince of Wales Museum, Dhobhi Ghat, Marine drive, the Gandhi Memorial
Museum and Jain Temple.
Evening free for shopping. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 : Depart Bombay :By International Carrier
Breakfast at hotel and rest of the day at leisure till the departure to airport
for your flight to home.
