Day 01 : Arrive at Chennai (Madras)
Arrive today in India’s fourth biggest city Chennai, the cultural center of South India and gateway to the state of Tamil Nadu, is a fascinating jumble, dominated by glittering high-rise emporia and corporate buildings. Cinema and politics are the major beats on the streets

Day 02 : Chennai
Breakfast at hotel and morning free at leisure to adjust to the time zone.
Afternoon sightseeing tour. Madras, Visit the Fort St. George - Still surrounded by cannon-proofwalls the fort was rebuilt several times between 1642 when its original bastions were completed and 1749 when the French left, it remains - moats and all - pretty much today as when first made the seat of empire. Declared a national monument in 1948, most of its buildings have been converted into government offices, notably the Legislature and Secretariat. At various times the fort was home of Robert Clive, Elihu Yale and Sir Arthur Wellesley. Within the fort, visit the little St Mary's Church the oldest Protestant church east of the Suez and the first Anglican one in. Overnight at Chennai
Day 03 : Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Breakfast at hotel and drive to Kanchipuram, one of the seven sacred cities of India, served as capital of several dynasties. Visit three of the best temples- Kailashnath & Ekambareshwara, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and Vaikuntaperumal dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
Continue on to the ancient Pallavan Port of Mamallapuram. Check-in at hotel and after a short break visit the seventh century rock hewn monuments. The Shore temple, the only surviving one of seven, each a unique example of a temple built of rock quarried else where and carried to shore.

Day 04 : Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry - Tanjore
This morning your day will start with early breakfast and drive to Pondicherry - although the French influence is gradually fading, Pondicherry retains a few Gallic accents. Pondicherry's main sights are the Rai Nivas, the Sacred Heart Church and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
Continue drive to Tajnore with enroute visit Nataraj Temple at Chidambaram, also visit the temples at Kumbakonam. Arrive in Tanjore and Check-in at the hotel.

Day 05 : Tanjore - Trichy
Morning sightseeing tour of Tanjore. Tanjore - The home of Carnatic music, musical instruments, dance and traditional hadicrafts, Tanjore (Thanjavur) is famous for the Brahadeeswarar Temple. The temple constructed more than a thousand years ago by the Chola King Raja Rajan is an architect's marvel.
Afternoon drive to Trichy, and on arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Trichy

06 : Trichy - Madurai
Breakfast at hotel and visit Rock Fort Temple. The Rock Fort situated on the banks of the Kaveri river, Trichy's most famed land mark is an 84 m high rock, one of the oldest in the world aprox.3,800 million years. The attraction is not for fort itself but the temple at the summit. 344 steps hewn out of rock lead to the top where are the inscriptions dating back to the 3rd century B.C.
Later drive to Madurai and on arrival, check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Madurai.
Day 07 : Madurai
This morning after breakfast sightseeing tour of Madurai Madurai, known as Athens of the East, it is the second largest city on the banks of the River Vigai. The city believed to be more than 2500 yeras old. The city got its name from the drops of nectar (Mathuram) that fell from Shiva's locs when he came to bless its people for constructing a temple for him. Madurai where the people wake up at the chant of hymns is proud of magnificent 'The Meenakshi-Sundareswara Temple.
Evening free at leisure or to walk around in colorful market. Overnight at Madurai.
Day 08 : Madurai - Chennai - Home
After breakfast transfer to airport to board flight for Chennai. Arrive Chennai and transfer to International Airport, depart on your international flight field with colorful memories onward destination.
